> 2008 – Syreon Research Institute: Syreon Research Institute is established, headquartered in Budapest, to provide global expertise in health economics and strategic pricing and a European platform for research services

> 2006 – Addition of pharmacovigilance and study monitoring: Syreon adds pharmacovigilance services and clinical trial monitoring division to complement its growing services in clinical research and early-phase drug development

> 2004 – Early phase studies: Syreon commences phase I studies in novel biologicals using ClinStream™ technology to extend range of services across the spectrum of drug development and evaluation

> 2002 – International research networks: Syreon extends research networks to South America, Europe and Asia for multicentre studies in a broad range of clinical and therapeutic areas using ClinStream™ technology

> 1995 – Application of computing sciences to clinical research: Syreon implements its first international multicentre study in rheumatology using distributed computer-based informatics to measure disease status, therapeutic interventions, treatment outcomes and healthcare economics
